Padahastasana is a forward bend from the standing position such that your head faces your knees and your hands holding your toes.

Here, your abdomen will be completely stressed thus enabling the toning down of your tummy.
Tadasana pose is the pose with which you have to start. Rest your hands on either side of the body resting on your feet while your heels touching together. This is the Tadasana pose.

Paschimottanasana is the forward bend pose similar to the above asana but the difference is that it is in the seated position.

Ardha Paschimottanasna is a new pose with slight variation in the above asana ie., only one leg shall be stretched out at a time. Two legs were stretched together in the previous asana.

• Asthma and Diarrhoea patients are not advised to follow this
• Patients with spinal disorders and abdominal problems should not do this asana.

Pavanamuktasana, a wind relieving position helps an individual in relieving from indigestion, constipation and gastric problems. Here, your knees shall exert pressure on your tummy and holding the knees. By doing so for a minute will burn the abdomen fat.
Abdominal muscles and back muscles got strengthened.
• pregnant women should not do this
• Also, people with heart problems and high BP are not allowed to practice this asana.
